Boston Open House on March 15th

Launch Academy

Enrolling in a bootcamp is a monumental commitment in so many different ways. In the short term, it can mean walking away from a full-time job, putting family and social commitments on hold, and (maybe) relocating to a new city, not to mention the grueling 10-week gauntlet you'll face. Oh, and tuition. That's a pretty big factor too. But on the other side of all that is a lucrative, rewarding career in a industry that's exploding. When you do the math it's easy to see how the increased earning potential, job security, work/life balance, and simply loving what you do every day is well worth the short-term hardship. Despite all of that, it's still incredibly difficult to commit for real. No matter how much time you spend researching the student experience here at Launch, nothing can replace actually being here, meeting the instructors, asking your questions, and seeing where all the magic happens.

Wednesday, March 15th at 6:30PM is your chance to do just that. Meet us in our Boston classroom at 77 Summer St. in Downtown Boston and come hungry—literally and figuratively.

Agenda

Meet our Experience Manager

Learn all about our current curriculum straight from our Experience Manager. He'll give some general information about Launch is run, how you’ll be taught, what the day-to-day student experience is like, and what life (and your career) could look like after program completion.

Hear from our Alumni

Learn some of the secrets to becoming a developer from the people who have done it right here at Launch Academy! Our panel of successful Launch Academy alumni will share helpful advice and lessons they've learned about becoming programmers in this discussion. They'll be hitting a few major points during the event, including how to succeed at Launch, how to break into the local tech community and how to continually build on their skills.

Q&A Session with Launch Academy Staff

Get your questions answered by members of our staff! We want to be a resource for you as you explore your options and learn more about our program. We’ll be ready to talk about the admissions process, go into more detail or specifics about the on-campus bootcamp experience, how to prepare for the program, how Career Services works, and so much more. As our schedule for the evening ends, feel free to spend some time mingling with our staff, instructors, and alumni. We’re here to be resources - let us do that! We hope to see you on March 15th, and can’t wait to get to know you. Don't forget to register for the event! If you have any questions don't hesitate to get in touch!
